At Bigweber, we aim to provide excellent service. This policy outlines conditions for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation by Clients

• Project cancellations require 7 business days’ written notice.

• Retainer agreements (social media, SEO, etc.) require 30 days’ notice.

2. Refunds

• Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.

• If cancellation occurs after work has begun, refunds may be prorated based on completed deliverables.

• Services already delivered (e.g., completed designs, campaigns) are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Exceptions

• Technical errors caused solely by Bigweber may qualify for partial refunds.

• Refunds are issued within 14 business days after approval.

4. Cancellation by Bigweber

We reserve the right to cancel a project for violations of Terms & Conditions, in which case partial refunds may be issued for unused services.
