2. Payments

• Clients agree to pay invoices as per the schedule outlined in proposals.

• Deposits are required before project commencement.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary assets for projects.

• Ensure that any content or materials shared do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Timelines

• Delivery timelines will be defined in the project scope.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals or missing inputs) may extend delivery dates.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of final deliverables is transferred upon full payment.

• Bigweber retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios.

• Pre-existing tools, templates, or methodologies remain property of Bigweber.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Bigweber is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

• We cannot guarantee specific results from marketing or SEO campaigns.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.

• Work completed before termination remains billable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be resolved under Moroccan jurisdiction.
