1. Ownership of Work

• All creative assets (designs, code, templates, campaigns) produced by Bigweber remain our property until full payment is made.

• After full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client.

2. Retained Rights

• Bigweber retains rights to pre-existing tools, software, and methodologies.

• We may showcase completed work in case studies, portfolios, and marketing materials.

3. Restrictions

• Clients may not resell, reproduce, or distribute Bigweber’s work without written consent.

• Unauthorized use of our brand name, logos, or intellectual property is prohibited.

4. Protection of Assets

Bigweber actively protects its intellectual property and will take legal action against infringement.
